Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FluxUnlock website or placing an order. By accessing our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FluxUnlock website and all unlock services offered by FluxUnlock ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2 Description of Services
FluxUnlock provides iPhone unlocking services including, but not limited to: carrier (network) unlocking, iCloud Activation Lock removal, IMEI factory unlocking, blacklist removal, and express unlock processing.
All services are performed remotely using official carrier APIs and Apple's IMEI database systems. We do not perform jailbreaks, hardware modifications, or any software-based exploits. The result is a permanent unlock that survives iOS updates and factory resets.
Service availability, supported carriers, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You further represent that the device for which you are requesting unlock services is lawfully owned or in your lawful possession, is not subject to active law enforcement holds, and has not been reported as lost or stolen to any carrier or law enforcement authority.
4 Account Registration
To place an order you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent activity.
5 Service Orders
An order is placed when you submit a completed order form and payment is confirmed. By submitting an order you confirm the accuracy of all device information provided, including the IMEI number and carrier details. Inaccurate information may result in a failed unlock and may affect refund eligibility.
Once an order has been submitted to our processing partners it cannot be cancelled. This typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. If processing has not yet begun, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Estimated delivery times stated on our website are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed timeframes. Delays caused by carrier systems, public holidays, or technical outages beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless the order ultimately fails to complete.
6 Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment via Paystack (supporting debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers) and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).
Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; in the event of a refund, amounts will be recalculated at the rate applicable at the time the refund is processed.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges related to your payment. FluxUnlock does not charge any undisclosed fees beyond the order total displayed at checkout.
7 Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all unlock services. If we are unable to successfully complete the requested unlock, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed automatically to your original payment method.
Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
- The order was completed successfully but you changed your mind
- The unlock failed because of inaccurate device information you provided (incorrect IMEI, wrong carrier, or incorrect model)
- The device was reported stolen or subject to a financial bar after the order was placed
- You violated these Terms in a manner that contributed to the failure
Refunds to card payments typically appear within 3โ7 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed in the same currency paid and are subject to applicable network fees.
8 User Obligations & Prohibited Uses
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to unlock a device that you do not own or do not have explicit authorisation to unlock, and you must not attempt to unlock a device listed as lost or stolen in any carrier or law enforcement database.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Site; (b) use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Site; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of our systems; or (e) engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site โ including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software โ is the property of FluxUnlock or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.
FluxUnlock is not affiliated with Apple Inc. "iPhone" and "iOS" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Use of these terms is solely for descriptive and identification purposes.
10 Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs on your device during the unlock process. We strongly recommend backing up your device before following any unlock instructions we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluxUnlock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluxUnlock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FluxUnlock and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
14 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
